# Phase 7 Implementation Plan

## Objective
Implement the control plane and operating discipline required for live rollout, capital ramp, governance, and drift-aware operation.

## Workstreams

### Workstream 1 — Rollout Control Plane
Tasks:
- implement capital stage registry
- implement stage transition workflow
- store stage evidence and approvals
- enforce live eligibility rules by stage

Outputs:
- stage table / registry
- promotion and rollback service
- audit records for stage changes

### Workstream 2 — Governance and Release Records
Tasks:
- implement release record model
- implement change request model
- attach config/code/model versions to runtime
- expose release status in dashboard/logs

Outputs:
- release and change tables
- governance API or command hooks
- immutable release bundle references

### Workstream 3 — Drift Monitoring
Tasks:
- compute daily drift metrics
- define thresholds and alert routes
- store snapshots for weekly/monthly comparison
- produce freeze/rollback recommendations

Outputs:
- drift metric jobs
- alert rules
- drift history tables

### Workstream 4 — Post-Trade Review and Attribution
Tasks:
- generate review tickets on trade close
- support manual completion and status tracking
- build daily/weekly/monthly reports
- join trade, feature, config, and incident data

- attribution queries
- report generation jobs

### Workstream 5 — Operator Tools
Tasks:
- add commands for stage freeze, rollback, emergency no-trade
- add dashboards or CLI views for current stage, incidents, drift, approvals
- add runbook links and checklists

- operator summary views

## Done Criteria
- Live stage can be changed only through approved workflow.
- Every trade can be mapped to stage, release, config, and review.
- Drift alerts are generated automatically and stored.
- Daily and weekly reports are reproducible from stored records.
- Rollback/freeze/no-trade actions are tested end-to-end.
