# Phase 8 Operator Runbook

## 목적
확장 기능이 production에 들어온 뒤, 운영자가 어떤 순서로 켜고 끄고 감시하고 롤백할지 정의합니다.

## 일일 운영 절차
### 장 시작 전
1. registry 상태 확인
2. strategy별 rollout 상태 확인
3. feature flag diff 확인
4. shadow/paper/live 상태 요약 확인
5. broker / data / parser / model health 확인

### 장중
1. short engine borrow 상태 확인
2. optimized execution 이상치 확인
3. disagreement spike 확인
4. drift alert 확인
5. incident 필요 시 feature flag off

### 장 종료 후
1. strategy attribution 확인
2. post-trade review assistant 결과 검토
3. drift diagnosis 검토
4. incident / anomaly 티켓 발행
5. 다음 거래일 rollout 유지/축소 결정

## 롤백 규칙
다음 중 하나라도 발생하면 확장 기능을 우선 끕니다.
- 새 전략의 이상 손실
- borrow/locate 실패율 급증
- model disagreement 급등
- execution slippage 급등
- parser/prompt drift 심화
- attribution 불가능

## 롤백 순서
1. optimized execution off
2. candidate model off → baseline only
3. experimental strategy off
4. short engine off
5. overlay off
6. Phase 7 safe mode 유지
