Phase 8 Deliverables

이 문서 묶음은 확장 단계(Phase 8) 를 위한 개발/운영 명세입니다.

Phase 8의 목적은 기본 이벤트 continuation 엔진(Phase 0~7)이 이미 안정적으로 운영되고 있다는 전제 아래, 전략·모델·실행·인프라·연구 자동화를 안전하게 확장하는 것입니다.

Phase 8의 진입 조건

• Phase 6 paper trading 안정화
• Phase 7 live rollout 안정화
• core strategy 성과 attribution 가능
• parser / feature / overlay / execution drift 분리 관찰 가능
• kill switch, rollback, no-trade mode 구현 완료
• 실험/릴리즈/운영 로그 감사 가능

운영 원칙

1. Phase 8은 core strategy 대체가 아니라 확장이다.
2. 새 기능은 반드시 feature flag 아래에서 도입한다.
3. 새 전략/모델은 독립 평가와 shadow mode를 통과해야 한다.
4. attribution이 불가능하면 production 승격 금지.
5. 항상 Phase 7 안정 상태로 롤백 가능해야 한다.
